  • Always consult a qualified employment solicitor before making legal decisions.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CaseIntel (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Geoff Money Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales (Company Number 16677970), with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.

2. About CaseIntel

CaseIntel provides data-driven benchmarking and analysis based on publicly available Employment Tribunal decisions published by HM Courts & Tribunals Service.

Our reports are intended to help users better understand how comparable employment disputes have been resolved. CaseIntel is an informational and analytical service only.

3. Not legal advice

CaseIntel is not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice.

Nothing on this website or in our reports should be interpreted as legal advice, legal representation, or a recommendation to commence, defend, settle or discontinue legal proceedings.

Use of the Service does not create a solicitor-client or other professional advisory relationship between you and Geoff Money Ltd.

You should always seek advice from a qualified employment solicitor or other appropriately regulated adviser before making legal decisions.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

Employment disputes are highly fact-specific. Tribunal outcomes depend on many factors including evidence, witness credibility, legal arguments, judicial discretion and matters that cannot be captured from published tribunal decisions.

Accordingly:

  • our reports are estimates and benchmarking tools only;
  • a report is not a prediction of the outcome of any specific case;
  • past tribunal outcomes do not guarantee future results;
  • no guarantee is made regarding settlement values or tribunal outcomes.

5. Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by individuals aged 18 or over and is focused on disputes governed by the law of England, Wales or Scotland.

You may use the Service in connection with your own situation or, where you act in a personal (non-regulated) capacity, to inform a friend or family member. The Service is not intended to be relied upon by regulated advisers as a substitute for their own professional analysis.

6. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure our analysis is accurate and based on reliable public information. However:

  • tribunal decisions may contain errors;
  • public data may be incomplete;
  • comparable cases may differ in important respects;
  • our analysis is based on statistical modelling and benchmarking.

We do not warrant that any report is complete, accurate or suitable for your particular circumstances.

7. User responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information where requested;
  • use the Service only for lawful purposes;
  • not interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
  • not misuse, copy, scrape or attempt to reverse engineer the Service or any underlying data or models;
  • not use the Service to build, train or benchmark any competing product or dataset.

8. Intellectual property

All content, software, designs, graphics, branding, reports, methodologies and databases used by CaseIntel are owned by Geoff Money Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use reports generated for you for your own personal or internal business use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, sub-license or commercially exploit any part of the Service or its outputs without our prior written permission.

9. Payments and refunds

Report purchases are one-off payments. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Because our reports are digital content that is generated and delivered to you immediately on purchase, by completing payment you expressly request immediate provision of the report and acknowledge that you will lose any statutory right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 once the report has been generated and made available to you.

Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable once a report has been generated and delivered. If a technical failure on our side means a report you have paid for is not generated or delivered, please contact us at caseintel@geoff.money and we will either re-issue the report or provide a refund.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend, withdraw or modify the Service (in whole or in part) for maintenance, upgrades, security or other operational reasons, without liability to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis;
  • Geoff Money Ltd excludes all warranties, conditions and representations (express or implied) except those that cannot legally be excluded;
  • we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, data, or anticipated savings, or for any loss arising from a decision (or failure to make a decision) to commence, defend, settle or discontinue any legal proceedings; and
  • our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant report or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect any statutory rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers including, but not limited to:

  • Stripe (payments)
  • Anthropic (AI processing)
  • Resend (email delivery)
  • Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (website analytics)

The availability and performance of these services may affect the operation of CaseIntel. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, and their own terms and privacy notices apply to their respective services.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Geoff Money Ltd in relation to your use of the Service. No failure or delay by us in enforcing any right shall operate as a waiver of that right.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
